Booking and Cancellation Policy

*A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required when booking an appointment to secure your spot. 100% of the deposit will be applied to the amount due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or credit card. No checks accepted. There are no refunds for no-show appointments.

*No refunds. All services are discussed prior to. Results depend on your skin type for all services. Not all skin types are recommended for certain services.
*You must be 18 or older to have any service performed. Otherwise, you must be accompanied by an adult/guardian at all times.
I realize that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule; therefore, I respectfully request at least 8 hours' notice for adjustments to your appointment. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. All policies are designed to benefit guests and ensure I am in a position to provide the highest-quality service, promptly, to all my valued guests.
I kindly ask that you call at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointment cancelled with less than 8 hours' notice will incur a $20 CANCELLATION FEE. Failure to show up for your appointment as a "no show" without notice will result in a 50% CHARGE OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT, "NO SHOW" FEE. A cancellation/no-show fee will apply to the next appointment. You do receive a 24-hour reminder by text and email.
The time that I have booked for your appointment is your time to enjoy a relaxing treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will not run it over into another client's appointment time. Your appointment/service will be shortened by that amount of time, or you will need to reschedule. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, a $20 CANCELLATION FEE will apply.
