BOOKING POLICY
*A non refundable deposit of $50 will be required when booking an appointment to secure your spot. 100% of the deposit will go towards the amount due on the day of appointment. The remaining balance will need to be paid by cash or credit card. No checks accepted. There are no refunds for no show appointments.

*No refunds. All services are discussed prior. Results depend on your skin type for all services. Not all skin types are recommended for certain services.
*You must be 18 plus to have any service performed. Otherwise you must be accompanied by an adult / guardian at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I realize that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule therefore, I respectfully request at least 8 hours notice for adjustments to your appointment is very important. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. All policies are designed to benefit guests and to ensure I am the position to provide the best quality service in a timely manner to all of my valued guests.
I kindly ask that you call at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Any appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours will result in $20 CANCELLATION FEE. Failure to show up for your appointment as "no show" without notice will result in 50% CHARGE OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT "NO SHOW" FEE. A cancellation / no show fee will apply at the booking of the next appointment. You do receive a 24 hour reminder by text and email.
LATENESS POLICY
The time that I have booked for your appointment is your time to enjoy a relaxing treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will not run it overtime into another client's appointed time. Your appointment / service will be shortened that amount of time or you will need to reschedule. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled a $20 CANCELLATION FEE will apply.
